Microwave Crispy
The
cooked food you see on the right were taken from the freezer in frozen
state and placed straight into the microwave oven. It was cooked in
the microwave oven for only 8 mins.
This is a New Advanced Cook-in-Microwave
Technology and we are proud to be associated with it.
As this is a very guarded
technology, we are unable to disclose any technical details. However,
we will try to explain it in simple layman terms.
Currently
microwave energy revolves freely within an enclosure in a specific
pattern designed by the maker of the oven. What this invention does
is that it is able to "capture" the energy and reacts
with it. At selected spot or patch surfaces or even just stripes
of lines. And it can either tune the energy upwards to make it even
hotter increasing the temperature up to 200°C and above, or
tune the energy downwards to make it less active, thus less hot.
It can even tune down to as low as near ZERO level, minimizing the
strength of the microwave energy to a particular area or surface
so that the food can remain cold. Example: Cold salad or deserts.
Combined Technology to
a Clear Advantage.
Prepared food for microwave cooking will never be the same again.
It is a known fact that in
microwave re-heating or cooking, energy starts to attack the oily
and watery parts of the food at the inner center and then gradually
expand outwards. During this process, either moisture is evaporated
or oil is oozed out OR BOTH, causing the food to become dehydrated.
With the invention of TicTob
technology that cooks faster and is able to retain maximum moisture,
food dehydrated in microwave ovens is minimised.
With the invention of this
new Advanced Crispy technology, food especially pastries, can now
be Brown and Crispy in Microwave. A dream comes true for chefs around
the world.
Combine these two technologies,
NOT ONLY will food turn out brown and crispy on the outside, it
will also remain Moist and Juicy on the inside! A dream comes true
for all Cornosiers around the world.
This is how:
When the energy of the microwave
starts to attack the inside of the food, a second heat source starts
attacking the outside of the food at the same time BUT not at the
same rate. This is because you can select where the second heat
source is to be directed and the amount of heat can also be "tuned"
to complement the timing required by the microwave energy to cook
from the inside. This DOUBLE HEAT attack scenario reduces the cooking
time tremendously, contributing to almost ZERO amount of heat or
moisture lost out of the box, turning itself into a 'mini pressure'
oven.
And to make things even more
interesting, TicTob containers comes available with various combinations
of compartments and partitions to further enhance the capabilities
of it's combination with the Crispy Technology to its fullest performance
imaginable. Each compartments being treated separately to enable
multiple cooking results. Example: "Gilled" beef in one
compartment, Hot and Steamy Meshed Potato in second compartment
and Cold salad in the third!!!
IMPORTANT!
This is neither a technical report nor an approved version of explanation
from or for the maker and inventor of the product. It is been simplified
for easy understanding. We shall not be legally bounded or to be
accounted for, for whatever cause or reasons.
